the cosmo was in a great location, just a short walk to alexanderplatz. the breakfast was super tasty, with friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed. the cleaning team was not only effective but also warm and welcoming.

Inconsistent air conditioning proved frustrating, especially during warmer nights. some guests left sweltering due to lack of proper cooling. The wait for the only operational lift could drag on, particularly when returning to the 7th floor. A complimentary bottle of still water at arrival would have been a nice touch, especially for late-night arrivals looking to quench their thirst. the mini-bar's offerings leaned too heavily on fancy sparkling waters.

The location was perfect walking distance to major sights. Staff helped us with umbrellas during the rain. The city view from our room was stunning and enhanced our stay.
